Step 1: COFEPRIS Verification
Every supplier pharmacy we work with holds a valid COFEPRIS operating license. COFEPRIS (Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios) is the Mexican federal authority equivalent to the US FDA. We verify all supplier licenses annually and maintain copies on file.
Step 2: Batch Documentation
For every product we carry, we record the manufacturer name, batch/lot number, manufacturing date, and expiration date. This documentation is stored per order so we can trace the origin of any product if ever needed.
Step 3: Pre-Shipment Inspection
Our fulfillment team physically inspects each order before packing: packaging integrity, correct labeling, expiration dates, and quantity. Only products passing inspection are dispatched. Damaged or near-expiry items are never shipped.
